Open the Internet Explorer == Tools Menu == Internet Options.. == choose Security tab.

Click Custom level button == scroll to following options and Enable or Disable it, as suggested below.

1: Scripting ==Active scripting == Select Enable option.

Then click OK button, again click OK button on the next window.
