1: On Login Page Click On link "Click here for E-Return Registration"..

2: Registration form will open..Fill all respective Entries..

3: All values showing * are mandatory fields. and One from Phone no. and Mobile No is compulsory to fill.

4: On filling all required entries,click submit button.

5: On Submit, you navigate to Review Page..if all entries are correct then Click Submit Button , Otherwise click Back button to correct the entry..

6: On Submit of Review Page your registration will complete. Now registration is submitted for concern Circle CTO Approval. Please collect your username, password from concern Circle CTO.
