Open the Internet Explorer -> Tools Menu -> Internet Options.. -> choose Security tab.

Click Custom level button -> scroll to following options and Enable or Disable it, as suggested below.

1: Scripting -->>Active scripting --> Select Enable option.

Then click OK button, again click OK button on the next window.
