To save data offline of VAT, CST & ET forms. Make sure your browser setting are as follows..

1: Open the Internet Explorer -> Tools Menu -> Internet Options -> choose tab Security

     i>Download signed ActiveX control -> Select Enable option.

     ii>Download unsigned ActiveX control -> Select Disable option.

     iii>Initialize and script ActiveX control not marked as safe -> Select Enable option.

     iv>Run ActiveX control and plug-ins -> Select Enable option.

     iv>Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting -> Select Enable option.

Then click OK button, again click OK button on the next window.
